The Chef Store https://store.cookingdiary.game/ is Cooking Diary's official online store with great deals on in-game items and secure ways to pay. Items will be added to your game account via your Support ID.


Does my game platform support Chef Store purchases?

Yes, purchases made through the Chef Store are available on all platforms that you can play Cooking Diary on.


How do I get access to the Chef Store?

Sign up to the Chef Store website using your email address or social media account.

  1. In the pop-up window, enter your Support ID, which you can easily find and copy in the game settings.
  2. After entering your Support ID, your registered email will be displayed.


How do I find my Support ID?

  1. Go to the settings window by tapping on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. You will see your Support ID at the bottom of the screen.
  3. To copy your Support ID, simply tap it.


How do I make a purchase?
Pick an item that captures your attention in the Chef Store.
Select how you'd like to pay, enter your details, and confirm your payment.
After the payment is confirmed, your chosen item will be added to your game account. Ready to enhance your culinary journey? Go back and check in the game for your item.

Please note that the final price may vary due to currency fluctuations and taxes. However, all taxes and payment system fees are already included in the item's final price, so you won't need to pay anything extra.

I can't activate a coupon. What do I do?

It is possible that the coupon's activation period has expired or the offer has already been redeemed the maximum number of times allowed. If all the terms of the coupon have been met but you are still unable to activate it, please contact the Cooking Diary support team using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the screen.


What are Donuts?

Visit the Chef Store website. Log in to your Chef Store account using your Support ID. You will find your donut balance in the upper right corner.


How can I find out how many Donuts I'll receive with my purchase?
Always check the pink window with a donut icon and the total amount, which is positioned beneath the offer's description, adjacent to the discount details and the timer. This will show the number of donuts you'll receive in your account when you buy the item.


How do I get a free gift?

  • You can get a free gift by registering for a Chef Store account with your Support ID.
  • After you enter the ID, you will see the nickname of the player it belongs to. Please verify that the correct recipient for the item is shown.
