Exclusive diet advice from Marco Rejis!

Another week flies and another issue of Tasty Hills Times is here and ready to be read! Let’s meet our guest — Marco Rejis!


Q1. How did you get your nickname — Battering Ram?

Marco: Funnily enough, my nickname isn’t related to sports: at school, I was always the first to run to the cafeteria at the opening.


Q2. What do you do in your free time from sports?

Marco: I collect origami, it helps me to remain calm and develops fine motor skills of my hands.


Q3. Do you have children?

Marco: Of course! I have a wonderful daughter, Carla, and we see each other daily, thanks to the video calls.


Q4. Do you have a tip for finding the motivation to work out?

Marco: No, no, you don't need the motivation to start exercising! All you need is discipline and gradually increasing your stamina.


Q5. Why did you stop playing football?

Marco: I left the sport on a great note and... devoted myself to my family!


Q6. Do you have any sports diet advice?

Marco: A diet is just a way of your nutrition. If you eat cakes every day, then you have a cake diet! So to be healthy, you just need to adhere to balanced and moderate nutrition.


Q7. Do you have any bad habits?

Marco: I don't have any, and neither should you!


Q8. What do you think of Dwayne?

Marco: He is a great guy, even if he’s a little arrogant... Wish I had a son like him!


Q9. Do you have any pets?

Marco: Yes, I adore my little goldfish! It's such a nice feeling coming home where your beloved pet is waiting for you.


Q10. Your motto is...

Marco: Faster, higher, stronger! But don’t forget about breaks.
